The doors of the Saint Cecilia Residences will open in spring 2020. The seven bespoke residences designed by Lake | Flato Architects offer an urban respite amidst one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Our residences embody the same spirit as the Hotel Saint Cecilia, while offering the privacy and familiarity of a home. In addition to the private screened porches and garden terraces, residents will gain unprecedented access to first class services from the neighboring Hotel Saint Cecilia and the newest Bunkhouse property, Hotel Magdalena.

 

Several of the Saint Cecilia Residences are situated above the tree line, boasting views of the burgeoning downtown skyline and the lush landscape of Travis Heights.

 

An extension of the coveted offerings of the Hotel Saint Cecilia, The Residences will offer a variety of amenities and services to inspire elevated living and artistic adventure.

 

The Hotel Saint Cecilia is unique in its privacy, only open to hotel guests and private club members.

Residents will be granted Private Club Lounge & Pool Membership, so they can freely enjoy the hotel’s intimate grounds, services, and events. In addition, residents will be able to access the pool and courtyard spaces at Hotel Magdalena, truly experiencing the best of both worlds.

 

 

Residents will have access to room service courtesy of the Hotel Saint Cecilia food & beverage program.

Our talented culinary staff presents an evolving menu for breakfast and light fare rooted in classic European tradition. The residences are also adjacent to Hotel Magadalena’s Summer House on Music Lane which will feature grilled local and seasonal classics with a nod to Texas roots.
