Kristin Armenia serves as Director of the DEN Developer Division at DEN Property Group, where she collaborates with developers, investors and project teams to guide residential and mixed-use developments from early concept through marketing, sales and successful sellout. In this role, she supports project positioning, contributes to strategic partnerships and helps bring thoughtfully designed communities to market across Austin and beyond.
Kristin’s experience spans residential sales, project marketing and development strategy, providing a comprehensive understanding of how projects are introduced to the marketplace and how buyers engage with new homes and communities. She began her real estate career in New York City, quickly rising into leadership roles before relocating to Austin to be closer to family.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate development, Kristin brings a lifelong understanding of the industry. Her family spent more than four decades developing condominium communities throughout Florida, giving her early exposure to the full lifecycle of development from concept and design through marketing and sales. This background informs her collaborative, relationship-driven approach and her ability to build lasting relationships with developers, brokers and strategic partners.
Before entering real estate, Kristin studied at the University of Florida and Marymount Manhattan College and spent several years working in the performing arts in New York and Los Angeles. That creative foundation fostered a lasting appreciation for architecture, design and storytelling, perspectives that continue to influence her work with developers and her connection to Austin’s creative community.
