Kerry Horton is an Austin real estate advisor bringing a research-driven, highly personal approach to buying and selling a home. Before entering real estate, she spent more than four years in user research and strategy, working with organizations including McKinsey & Company and Accenture and advising teams across technology, consumer products, and government. Her work centered on understanding how people make complex decisions, an experience that now shapes the way she guides her real estate clients.

Kerry believes a good agent should help clients think clearly, not simply sell them on a decision. She takes the time to understand what matters most, dig into the details, and give candid, thoughtful guidance on everything from neighborhoods and property potential to pricing, market context, and long-term fit. Her analytical background, combined with an appreciation for architecture, interiors, and thoughtful design, gives her a natural lens for seeing both how a home lives today and what it could become.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Kerry studied Human-Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington and lived in Seattle, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. before making Austin home. Having experienced several major moves herself, she understands that choosing where to live is about much more than finding the right house, it is about finding the neighborhood, lifestyle, and sense of place that fit.

Outside of real estate, Kerry enjoys Pilates and yoga, paddle boarding, cooking and hosting friends, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and exploring Austin and the Hill Country with her husband.
