Born in Austin and having attended the University of Texas, Julia enjoyed a front row seat to the wild evolution our great city has experienced over the last twenty-years. Julia’s unique understanding of Austin’s history, combined with her sharp vision for the future, gives investment clients an almost unfair advantage in a market where a single day can make a million-dollar difference. Julia was featured in WSJ real estate for her expertise in helping clients find investment properties. But don’t be intimidated, Julia loves helping first-time homebuyers as well. Julia is famous for rolling out the orange carpet for clients who may be relocating to Austin, and spending just as much time showing off her favorite hospitality hot spots as showing houses.
Prior to real estate, Julia honed her negotiating skills while working and campaigning at the Capitol. When Julia is not busy flipping houses for herself or her client’s, you can find Julia spending quality time with her three-year-old daughter at one of Austin’s iconic parks, or visiting family in the mountains of Park City, Utah.
