Greg Turner is an Austin-based real estate professional, builder, and investor specializing in residential properties, high-quality remodels, and new construction. Originally from England, he holds a degree in Building Surveying and brings over a decade of hands-on experience across construction and real estate, with early career experience in both the UK and Dubai markets.
Since relocating to Austin, Greg has built a strong track record representing buyers, sellers, and investors in a wide range of transactions. His experience includes working with out-of-state clients relocating to Austin, sourcing off-market and foreclosure opportunities, and guiding clients through competitive and complex deals with confidence.
In addition to his work in real estate, Greg has successfully remodeled over 10 homes, including notable projects in Westlake and on Lake Austin. As the owner of his own construction and remodeling company, he brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective that allows clients to better understand a property’s condition, potential, and long-term value.
Through years of working locally, Greg has built strong relationships within the city and developed a deep understanding of the permitting process and the challenges that come with it, helping ensure projects and transactions move as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and their two English bulldogs. A longtime member of the local rugby community, he recently retired from playing but remains actively involved through sponsorship and continued support. His wife now works alongside him full-time, helping manage the day-to-day details of the business and ensuring every project and transaction runs seamlessly.
