Charlie has spent the last 17 years in the ranching and hunting industry. Owner and operator of his own ranch and hunting company, he has managed ranches all over south Texas and the Texas Hill Country. Charlie’s passion for the outdoors started at a young age while watching his father and grandfather work their family ranch, “Picosa Ranch.” The Picosa was the homestead Ranch of Governor John B Connally, Charlie’s grandfather. His appreciation and knowledge of the outdoors and Texas hospitality was instilled in him by his parents and grandparents.
Charlie has been a licensed NAR Member for the last 14 years and is highly qualified to help you find your perfect property whether it’s 50 acres in the Texas Hill Country, or 50,000 acres in South Texas. Charlie prides himself on his ranch knowledge and customer service.
