Tucked in the hills off Walsh Tarleton between Loop 360 and Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave Woods is a collection of homes established in the late 1970's and early 1980's.  Comprised of rolling hills, mature oak trees and traditional charm, this area contains homes most commonly in the 2400-4000sf range, with some exception.  Sidewalks lead to many area schools in the prestigious Eanes ISD, making this area a favorite among families with school age children.

How is it different?

  1. Topography. It's a great drive with winding hilly streets, big trees and some secluded side streets to explore plus most homes come with oversized lots as well.
  2. Opportunity.  Given the neighborhood was mostly established in the early 80's, many of the homes offer remodel or rebuild opportunity.
  3. Location.  Very close proximity to both downtown, Barton Creek Mall, Davenport Village, Loop 360 & Mopac and more - super central in Eanes ISD.
