West Austin

Bee Cave Woods

Tucked in the hills off Walsh Tarleton between Loop 360 and Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave Woods is a collection of homes established in the late 1970's and early 1980's.  Comprised of rolling hills, mature oak trees and traditional charm, this area contains homes most commonly in the 2400-4000sf range, with some exception.  Sidewalks lead to many area schools in the prestigious Eanes ISD, making this area a favorite among families with school age children.

Davenport Ranch

Davenport Ranch offers luxury homes with extensive hill country and lake views.  Conveniently located off Loop 360, Davenport residents have quick access to Mopac, Hyw 71 and other major road ways.  The area also enjoys dedicated parkland and preserves as well as Davenport Village offering retail and restaurants as well, creating a community of luxury and convenience.  Located in the Eanes ISD, residents enjoy acclaimed education opportunities including but not limited to the well known, Bridge Point Elementary.

Rollingwood

Technically, a city of it's own, Rollingwood is one of the pockets of Austin most sought after. The most centrally located neighborhood in the Eanes ISD, Rollingwood attracts folks wishing to be closest to downtown conveniences while still in one of the most prestigious school districts in the state. A mix of homes built in the early 60's to present, the area is still transitioning, offering opportunity for new home building as well as remodel projects and newly built homes. Enjoy private neighborhood amenities in this small community.

West Lake Hills

The city of West Lake Hills is comprised of 2,560 acres (four square miles) with approximately 40 miles of public streets. The population is 3,116 (2000 Census) with approximately 1,000 homes and 200 businesses about 6 miles west of downtown Austin. The local Eanes ISD has the distinction of being regarded as one of the top 25 districts in the entire state of Texas. The excellence of its schools makes Westlake immensely popular among families with children.

Lost Creek

Lost Creek is a community nestled just Southwest of Loop 360 and Bee Caves Rd.  Lost Creek Country Club is one of the biggest attractions along with being a private, non-thoroughfare neighborhood of rolling hills and hill country views.  The hills are so extensive in some areas that many of the homes are built of split level floor plans.  Also in the Eanes ISD, Lost Creek is a subdivision of mostly very large homes ranging from 2500-6000sf, with some exception. The spacious, upscale properties are well established and feature mature oak and cedar trees.
